How we started
Berlioz41 began with a simple idea: to create a place where your stay felt easy, comfortable, and natural from the very first moment.
We were looking for a peaceful, well-connected space designed to be enjoyed both for a few days of rest and for a more practical stay for work or short periods. Little by little, the project took shape around this idea: paying attention to the important details without getting bogged down in the unnecessary.
More than just creating accommodation, we wanted to offer a clear and welcoming experience, where everything is ready so that guests can settle in and feel comfortable without any hassle.
Today, Berlioz41 continues to grow with that same philosophy: doing things well, calmly, and always keeping in mind those who come to enjoy their stay.

Behind Berlioz41 is a small, friendly team.
We personally take care of every detail, manage the property, and are available whenever needed, because we believe that simple things done well make all the difference.
We like everything to be clear from the very beginning: a comfortable arrival, smooth communication, and a space prepared so you can enjoy your stay in peace.
