📝 Acceptance

By making a reservation, guests confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions, as well as the House Rules of Berlioz41.

👥 The reservation is personal and non-transferable. The person making the reservation must stay at the property for the entire duration of the booking. Reservations made on behalf of third parties are not permitted without prior approval.

🔞 Minimum Age

All adult guests staying at the property must be 25 years of age or older. Guests under this age are only permitted if they are minors travelling with and remaining under the supervision of their parents or legal guardians throughout the stay.

🪪 Mandatory Guest Registration

In accordance with applicable legislation, all guests must complete the mandatory traveller registration before arrival through the Chekin platform or any other registration system used by Berlioz41.

👥 Authorised Guests

Only guests included in the reservation and properly registered may access or stay at the property. Visitors and unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.

⏰ Check-in and Check-out

Check-in and check-out times are those specified in the booking confirmation or in the arrival instructions provided by Berlioz41.

🔐 Property Access

The property is accessed through a smart lock system. Access instructions will be sent approximately 24 hours before arrival, once all pre-arrival requirements have been completed.

💳 Security Deposit

A €300 security deposit is required through a secure card authorisation managed by a specialised third-party platform.

This authorisation does not result in an immediate charge or reduce the available balance on your payment card.

The security deposit is intended solely to cover material damage, serious breaches of the House Rules or exceptional incidents arising during the stay.

If no incidents are identified, the authorisation will expire automatically after the property has been inspected following check-out. No charge will be made without reasonable justification, appropriate documentation and prior notification to the guest.

⚠️ Guest Responsibility

The lead guest is responsible for the behaviour of all guests included in the reservation, as well as for the proper use and care of the property, its furniture, appliances, furnishings and all other contents.

❌ Breach of Terms

Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions or the House Rules may result, where appropriate, in refusal of access to the property or early termination of the stay, without prejudice to any legal rights available under applicable law and the booking platform through which the reservation was made.

📌 Booking Platform Conditions

Payment, cancellation, modification and refund policies shall be those applicable to the booking platform or sales channel through which the reservation was made.

🛡️ Limitation of Liability

Berlioz41 shall not be liable for the loss, theft or damage of guests' personal belongings during their stay, except where liability is established under applicable law.
